In this role, you will:
- Review, sort, and key information into a proprietary processing system
- Work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Verify and/or match data on documents
- Open, receive, log, batch, scan, prepare, and distribute incoming and/or outgoing mail
- Work effectively in a team environment, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Follow strict deadlines, requiring flexibility of schedule as shift length is determined by workflow
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
- Sunday 10:00 PM - Monday 6:30 AM
- Monday 10:00 PM - Tuesday 6:30 AM
- Tuesday 10:00 PM - Wednesday 6:30 AM
- Wednesday 10:00 PM - Thursday 6:30 AM
- Thursday 10:00 PM - Friday 6:30 AM
- Friday 11:00 PM - Saturday 8:30 AM
- Saturday 11:00 PM - Sunday 8:30 AM
- Days off will be either Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday
- Holidays may be included
- Start times are subject to change based on business need
- Volume of work determines length of shift
- Includes shift differential payment
- Overtime can be required

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Ability to work effectively under direct supervision and follow specific guidelines
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to operate simple machines and perform basic maintenance/repairs
- 10-key numerical data entry experience
- Lockbox experience
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
- Previous lockbox or check processing experience
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Must be able to work the listed schedule, including flexibility to adapt to changes based on business need
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Must be able to work bank holidays as needed by the business
