Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Services Associate, supporting our National Branch Network in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experience through proactive outreach, product knowledge, and solution-based selling.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Collaborating with internal partners to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- 6 months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven sales and service skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
