About This Role

You will also lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
- Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
- Analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 4 years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success.
