Job Description
- As a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers. This includes providing exceptional customer service, answering questions about our products and services, and making recommendations based on the customer's needs.
- You will also assist customers with opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Additionally, you will work closely with other bankers and partners to ensure that customers' financial needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6 months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Ability to educate and connect customer to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
