Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support their Individual Underwriting Testing (IUT) team within Auto Underwriting Support in Originations. This individual contributor will provide quality loan decision reviews and targeted reviews the Underwriting & Credit Risk Teams for Wells Fargo Auto. This position will be a part of WF Automotive Originations Support Team and will conduct testing of manual / systemic credit decisions in addition to providing detailed feedback on testing results, observations and trends. Wells Fargo's Consumer Lending line of business includes Home Lending, Auto, Credit Cards, Retail & Merchant Services, Personal Lending, Consumer Lending Control, and Consumer Lending Shared Services.

In this role, you will :
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
