About this role :
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within the Global Incident Command Center (GICC), a central part of Enterprise Incident Management. The GICC provides global, enterprise-wide, all hazard monitoring, analysis, coordination, and communications for enterprise level incidents that have or are expected to negatively impact Wells Fargo's business functions, technology, facilities, employees, partners and / or customers.
In this role, you will :
Manage the enterprise view of the incident response while collaborating with Business Groups and Enterprise Functions as they manage their response activities for their respective organizations. Daily tasks may include :
- Coordinating with Resiliency Leads across business groups and enterprise functions in support of incident coordination, communication and resolution
- Supporting incidents that may have moderately complex business and operational aspects requiring analytical skills and basic knowledge of business functions and operations
- Collaborating and consulting with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Building and maintaining partnerships and relationships across functional groups to support awareness of mission critical issues or events impacting customers, employees, and properties or buildings
