As a Personal Banker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive outreach, product knowledge, and technology expertise. You will also assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. In addition, you will receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures.
