About this role : Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Associate within the Compensation Delivery team of our Total Rewards function within Human Resources. This position will support the execution of compensation programs and operations.
In this role, you will (updated verbiage) :
- Execute controls and standard operating procedures for which you are responsible for, with the ultimate objective of accurate and timely processing of compensation and jobs data.
- Perform routine validations / secondary review of activities performed in Compensation Delivery (including review of data files) and retain evidence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate results of service delivery to leadership and stakeholders.
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives.
- May perform tasks to develop reporting, using data from multiple sources (including Workday)
- May provide customer service to employees, managers and key stakeholders for all inquiries.
Required Qualifications (standard verbiage) :
6 months of Compensation or Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
