About this role : Wells Fargo is seeking a Compensation Consultant within the Compensation Delivery team of our Total Rewards function within Human Resources. This position will play a critical role in supporting effective risk management for compensation programs.
In this role, you will :
- Act as a subject matter expert on the control and procedure documentation supporting Compensation Delivery and other shared service functions.
- Maintain control documentation, procedures, job aids, etc. in required system of record, while complying with company standards.
- Collaborate and consult with partners in Total Rewards, Human Resources, or cross-functional business partners to build sustainable processes, controls, and metrics.
- Review and research strategies and action plans to meet company policy expectations.
- Analyze the current state of operations and make recommendations to leadership and stakeholders on process improvement opportunities that reduce risk for the business.
- Oversee the intake and completion of requests related to audit, testing, and high priority commitments; includes managing timelines for delivery and coordinating input from applicable stakeholders.
Required Qualifications :
2 years of Compensation or Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
