About This Role
We're seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, you will provide support across various branch locations within a specific geography. You'll be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new surroundings while meeting customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach
- Proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially
- Assisting customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 6 months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
