We are seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive outreach and relationship-building. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers through proactive outreach and regular communication.
- Provide personalized financial solutions to customers, including product and service recommendations.
- Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
- Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs.
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
Requirements
- 6 months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
