Product Enablement - Project Management Director

About this role :

The Product Enablement Team is seeking an experienced Project Management Director within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of program / project managers, oversee project execution, collaborate with key stakeholders, drive process improvements, manage change initiatives, allocate resources, and foster talent development to meet strategic objectives.

In this role, you will :

• Manage and develop multiple teams with focus on delivering common processes, governance, optimized change delivery approaches and policy alignment for key stakeholders to drive prioritization, accountability, financial documentation, metrics, and control management for the Global Payments & Liquidity product organization
• Communicate risks associated with cross-business impacts or dependencies and inform impacted stakeholders, execute change efforts to delivery expected business results or outcomes and monitor the full portfolio of change
• Ensure appropriate methodology to capture incremental iterative delivery
• Lead change management teams by making strategic decisions that drive accountability and meet high risk deliverables
• Interpret and develop range of issues, needs or risks to address in-depth portfolio details that are also anticipatory of portfolio changes
• Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders including executive sponsors, steering committees, executive leaders, enterprise representation, and finance partners to review and address highly in-depth portfolio details
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Project Management
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
