- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
Requirements:
- 4 years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 2 years of leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports.
