About this role :
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in Auto Technology within Consumer Tech. The lead will partner with our Originations, Servicing and Data & Insights product teams to facilitate Enterprise Strategic initiatives within our product operating model. This lead will support the produce agile delivery teams in delivering value, working through dependencies, impediments, risks across the various product teams to enhance transparency and foster team empowerment.
In this role, you will :
- Drive accountability and readiness for Auto to be successful in delivering enterprise strategic initiatives (ex. Cloud & Data Center Migration) including limiting risk exposure
- Influence and guide strategy and execution of enterprise technology priorities across Auto portfolio
- Lead and partner with product managers to support Enterprise Technology priorities within the product (L3) delivery with an Agile, product, and modern-engineering mindset
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data including POCs to derisk delivery approaches for complex work efforts and develop appropriate solutions and recommendations with buy in from key business and technology stakeholders
- Make decisions in collaboration with key stakeholders within highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of Auto's business and Operations; facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
