Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work with data scientists to test, validate and deploy ML models to Production, as well as work on models trained on Google cloud to be deployed using our best practices and mlops framework. This role (AIML Engineer) requires in-depth experience in overall design, testing and deployment & support of Machine Learning models and developing Data engineering pipelines using python, ETL, DCT framework. The candidate would have extensive experience with Spark, Hadoop, python, ETL, SQL, CI / CD and release management. The candidate is expected to operationalize models using CI / CD framework to deploy and test models in an Agile way and ensure the models conform to the Automation framework principles and follows all standards. As well as the candidate is expected to build data pipelines integrating many data sources with Hadoop based data lake.

- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Applicant needs to have over 4 years of relevant software engineering experience and out of which a minimum of 4 years of experience in ETL, data analytics and 3 years of Hadoop experience, Unix / shell scripting and 2 years of python programming experience.
