Job Expectations:
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
- Maintains cash drawer, cash handling and balancing and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 6 months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
