About these roles:

The Veteran Employment Transition (VET) Program is a nationwide 8-week Spring and Fall development program that converts directly to a full-time opportunity based on performance. We’re hiring a class of 20 – 30 to begin on April 30th starting with an intensive training and orientation led by professional instructors and senior Wells Fargo employees. You'll network with your peers and Wells Fargo leaders while developing your skills and knowledge of our financial products and services before joining a team of experienced Wells Fargo employees for on-the-job training and development. Program Expectations:

• Must be able to start April 30, 2025 and attend full duration of 8-week development program
• Must be off active duty no later than April 29, 2025. (Only exceptions: terminal leave and/or traditional Guard or Reserve status, these are eligible)

Program Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Service in any branch of the United States military
• Able to work on the first day of the program, April 30, 2025

The Finance Analyst roles fall within the Corporate Finance business which covers jobs responsible for financial and economic analysis, forecasting and evaluating trends in sales, finance, and other areas of the business. These roles will support Corporate & Strategic Finance and Commercial Banking:

Finance Analyst (Available locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN)

• Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting
• Forecast analysis of key metrics, as well as other financial consulting related to business performance, operating and strategic reviews
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities
• Research moderate to complex financial data in support of management decision-making for a business
• Create and communicate various activities such as product pricing, product, and portfolio performance
• Exercise independent judgment to guide key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation
• Present recommendations for resolving all aspects of delivering key forecasting projections as well as financial reporting to support monthly and quarterly forecasting
• Develop expertise on reporting that meets brand standards and internal control standards
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience in finance analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated experience with MS Excel or Power BI for data dashboards, modeling, manipulation and synthesis
• Financial industry experience or experience with liquidity finance such as client profitability
• MS PowerPoint experience
• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
• CFA or CPA designations
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

• Adhere to the Wells Fargo Return To Office (RTO) stipulations which require employees to work in an approved core location, 3 days a week

Pay Range:

Charlotte: $43 Hourly

Minneapolis: $43 Hourly
