Alternative Investments Business Associate

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager - Alternative Investment for Alternative Investment Products as part of Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Provide updates and other reporting responsibilities related to marketing collateral and other support materials for alternative investments business

• Production of product materials and other support materials including customized client proposals, performance reports, product positioning papers, industry updates, ad-hoc sales support requests and other monthly and quarterly reporting responsibilities

• Support new product launches, product closings and other platform changes

• Work with external investment managers to obtain marketing collateral updates and other fund communications  

• Manage the compliance approval process across the firm for marketing materials

• Support various projects related to the overall objectives of the department and strategic initiatives of the firm

• Interact with internal partners including sales, marketing, legal, and operations

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of private capital investments, hedge funds, and other alternative investments

• Demonstrated analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business-related field

• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner for written documentation

• Professional verbal and interpersonal skills
