In this role, you will:
Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
File, photocopy, and answer phones
Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications, US:
6 months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent cash handling skills
Knowledge and understanding of cash vault operations
Strong risk management and compliance skills
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Good analytical or problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Basic Microsoft office skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to be flexible and perform multiple functions of general operation processing work
Job Expectations:
Schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5:30pm (or until work is completed)
Ability to work additional hours as needed
Ability to lift 50 pounds
