The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions, including a full complement of sales, trading and research capabilities, to corporate, government and institutional clients. We focus on our clients' overall financial needs, with consideration and respect for their total relationship with Wells Fargo.

The successful candidate will:

• Be placed on the US Cash Trading desk and responsible for helping the equity trading team and its clients navigate the capital markets calendar
• Possess in-depth knowledge surrounding the mechanics of liquidity events associated with recent primary and secondary offerings
• Be responsible for producing content that should include liquidity analyses around upcoming lock-up’s and expected holder monetization’s
• Have existing institutional client relationships who focus on primary strategy and ECM related situations
• Have the ability to dissect numerous investor filings, such as a registration statement to clearly understand the technical aspects of any potential investor lock-up’s

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of Securities Trading experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 10 years of combined experience working on the public private side of equity trading / equity capital markets
• A BS/BA degree or higher
• Team-oriented mindset and work in close partnership with the various sales and trading teams and relevant support partners '
• Energetic self-starter who is detail oriented while possessing excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skill

​Job Expectations:

• Up to 10% travel
• Registration for FINRA 7 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
• Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
• Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 180 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
