In This Role, You Will
- Lead managers to sustain change and achieve desired performance results within Change Management
- Contribute to implementation strategy, methods and plans related to change implementation
- Review moderately complex projects, and implementation of strategy, and methods
- Engage in action planning and execute action plan based on gaps or needs
- Make recommendations on factors that may impact change adoption and sustainability
- Research performance trends
- Resolve data, logistics, project support issues, and lead team to meet production deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of trends, risk, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, risk, compliance, and managers to resolve production issues, and achieve goals
- Serve as a mentor
- 4 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4 years large scale Project Management experience
- Experience/knowledge with treasury management products and services
- Prior experience leveraging MS Project and/or Jira
- Prior project management experience including planning and managing a project end to end
- Certification of PMT and/or CTP
- Strong customer focus and someone who has demonstrated past achievements applying a customer mindset to shape strategies and action plans
- Ability to work across multiple teams and functions to align and deliver against project plan
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills, with experience working with teams in multiple locations
- Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once
- Experience in managing partner relationships and/or external vendors.
- Highly organized individual who can establish and successfully drive results against goals
- Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance currently on a hybrid schedule
