Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will : Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior managementLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutionsProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizationalLead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plansStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadershipProvide direction to a cross functional team using business expertiseWill develop a world-class reseller / referral partner support program, to include recruitment, revenue sharing agreements, partner underwriting, onboarding and governance, channel support models, partner support tools and digital engagement and proven channel demand generation programs.Required Qualifications : 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications :  Experience in developing 3rd party sales and referral channels, preferably in the merchant services spaceUnderstanding of the mechanics and features of a world-class reseller / referral partner support program, to include recruitment, revenue sharing agreements, partner underwriting, onboarding and governance, channel support models, partner support tools and digital engagement and proven channel demand generation programsExperience in business-to-business (B2B) communications, preferably within the financial services industryFamiliarity with the payments industryExperience in Merchant Services Merchant services / acquiring and / or payment network experienceProven expertise in leading change management communications, including setting communication strategy and writing talking pointsAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated track record of working effectively in a team environment, across all organizational levels, and building superior partnerships with a broad set of partnersExperience working with third party vendorsDemonstrated ability for self-management, problem-solving, and critical decision making in an efficient manner using strong analytical thinking in a complex matrixed environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and experience communicating and presenting information to senior leadersProduct management experience in the financial services industry, including knowledge and understanding of profit and loss (P&L) driversStrong problem solving, attention to detail, decision making and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperativesProven ability to understand customer and end user needs and translate into delivery themesStrong business acumen with the ability to influence and lead without authority within a matrixed environmentExperience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levelsExperience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback, direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders, senior level stakeholders and team members while operating in an ambiguous environmentStrong and dynamic presentation skills, with experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels Job Expectations :  Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipLocations : 550 S Tryon Charlotte, NC 28202 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy West Des Moines, IA 50266150 E 42nd St New York, NY 100171151 West Washington Tempe, AZ 982812200 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 198031100 Abernathy Road, Atlanta, GA 30328250 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX 75062 Required locations listed above.
