Horizontal Program Support Lead Business Execution

About this role:

In this role, you will:

• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Unsured Lending Operations (ULO) utilized by Credit Services, Collections and/or Customer Service functions.
• Understanding of change management, quality assurance, resource planning and other centralized operational functions.
• Ability to work across large, impacted user bases impacted by multiple change initiatives
• Ability to design and conduct communications and readiness activities with a large virtual audience participation
• Ability to strategically create, develop, and implement complex process and technology change readiness initiatives involving communications and readiness training tactics impacting a large audience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience including but not limited to senior leaders
• Ability to influence and advocate for the audiences impacted by the change
• Self-motivated and able to drive solutions with minimal direction.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across various teams and multiple levels within the organization.
• Clear, concise written and oral communication with the ability to provide effective challenge and/or resolve conflict.
• Experienced in MS Products (Power Point, Excel, Word and Visio)
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Curious, persistent, and flexible in problem solving.
• Demonstrates sound judgement and uses data to drive decisions.
