About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Senior Manager for Identity and Access Management (IAM). The Senior Manager is part of the Wells Fargo IAM product management team with oversight of a team of IAM Product Owners for Access Control capability areas.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and lead a team of product owners and or business analysts for Access Control products including Authentication, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign On (SSO), federation, authorization, cloud security, etc.
- Identify security risks and solutions and drive strategic planning and roadmap for the IAM products
- Set guidelines for compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Work with engineering, operations, critical initiatives and other IAM teams to collect and prioritize requirements, deliver product and services, and manage product lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with bank security policies and controls as well as government regulations
- Collaborate with line of business partners and other stakeholders across the company to support their business requirements and secure their commitment to IAM controls
- Formulate and implement IAM solutions and controls
- Mentor and guide direct reports and lead the team to achieve objectives
- Interface with Information Security Industry Leaders, Financial industry Leaders, Analysts and Regulators
- Work with external product vendors and professional services vendors to ensure success
Required Qualifications, US:
- 6 years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6 years Identity and Access Management experience with deep understanding of architecture as well as technical hands-on capabilities
- 4 years of management experience
- Strong experience with Access Control products
- Experience working in financial industry with heavy regulatory environment
- Experience working in an Agile environment
