Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain projects, boards, filters, and custom dashboards.
- Manage data quality across issues including defining standards for and monitoring of free form label and text usage.
- Manage integrated Feature/Story/Task roadmap views.
- Document desktop procedures for cross-project issue/ticket management.
- Create slides for leadership on how the Jira boards will operate.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira administration and Jira reporting.
- Experience extracting data from Jira into other API's.
- Jira expert in building out Jira solutions.
- Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL).
- Self-starter and willing
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
