About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant-Business Management Office to be part of our Unsecured Lending Operations (ULO) Business Management Office team.
The successful candidate will have responsibilities that will focus on one of the following areas:
Firstly, the successful candidate for this area of focus will design, create, build, and manage all Business Unit Reviews (BUR) and executive presentations across ULO. This Lead Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for creating and delivering effective visual presentations to senior leadership, presenting data in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner through presentation design, data visualization, and content development. This area of focus will require the successful candidate to have advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau. This individual will be required to have strong analytical skills and use creativity to build effective narratives. Attention to detail and strong collaboration skills are required. Other responsibilities will include the management of the Wells Fargo Loudspeaker program across ULO, including setting program level goals, driving engagement, and partnering with subject matter experts to evolve the program.
In this second area of focus, the Lead Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for various strategic business routines to facilitate decision-making and support implementation of priority initiatives with ULO senior leaders and key business partners such as Finance, Human Resources, and Communications. This individual will drive discipline in execution, deliver business insights, and influence and lead dialogue toward desired business outcomes. This individual will have key areas of responsibility that include strategic business planning (including priorities, goals and investment demand), expense management, and planning/coordinating large scale meetings/events (such as site visits, townhalls, and extended leadership offsites). This individual will support planning and implementation of various initiatives related to human capital, customer experience and employee experience.

In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
- Review strategic approaches, effectiveness, and performance across multiple business functions.
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Management Office and Unsecured Lending senior leadership team to drive strategic initiatives.
- Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Meeting facilitation experience with the ability to influence and lead discussions that result in consensus and commitment.
- Advanced Excel, Power Point and Vizio skills (e.g., formula calculations, pivot tables, process maps, and data visuals complying with WF Brand standards.)
- Advanced knowledge of Consumer, Co-Brand and Small Business Credit Cards
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical skills with acute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience sourcing data from across disparate systems and environments to create unified reporting views.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, and/or Power BI).
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Superior business reasoning skills that can be utilized to understand the multiple competing priorities.
