Lead Business Execution Consultant - Loan IQ (LIQ)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within Commercial Banking Operations to serve as Ops proponent for Loan IQ program.

In this role, you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross functional partners when developing training plans.
• Create and execute upon a strategic various training plans across multiple operational teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Extensive Loan IQ system experience, preferably with bilateral loans
• Operations experience servicing or booking deals in Loan IQ
• Act as subject matter expert on Loan IQ processing, contributing to the success of Production Operations
• Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS) system
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
• Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
