In this role, you will:
- Partner with business and product leaders to clearly define and document project objectives, scope, and success criteria for new initiatives
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute business and product development initiatives
- Leverage a hybrid methodology to lead and document projects through the full life cycle (initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing)
- Partner with product development, business execution teams, enterprise shared services, and change management teams to ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are properly identified, managed, tracked, and reported
- Lead change management activities to for all programs and projects
- Facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and lead implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Ensure project planning and execution strictly follows enterprise standards including artifact development and change management requirements
- Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation, including plans, status reports, capacity trackers, meeting minutes, action items & scrum/ sprint planners
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Financial services experience
- Merchant Services, Payment Processing, or Servicing & Operations experience
- Experience leading a portfolio of programs and projects in a large and complex enterprise environment
- Advanced experience in Project Management and Methodologies (PMBOK)
- Experience managing, and/or consulting to operating division or enterprise change management functions
- Experience in Business Analysis
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization
- Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives
- Proven ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Experience executing in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Project and Jira
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to support and empower team members to help facilitate team growth
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
