In this role, you will:
- Develop, implement and manage marketing campaign offers across multiple small business products and platforms/systems in coordination with acquisition and deepening marketing strategies to acquire and deepen Wells Fargo customers and prospects.
- Craft well-structured, customer centric campaign offer requirements and disclosures always putting the customer first.
- Embrace test, learn and quality checks while acting in a detail-oriented manner across offer set-up and management.
- Collaborate with execution, channel, technology/systems, segment, offer fulfillment, and operations teams to achieve offer management and campaign goals while increasing scale and efficiency.
- Ideate and drive breakthrough marketing offers that will improve customer experience, response rates and lower the campaign cost per account.
- Act as a thought leader - present and discuss ideas with the intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization regarding campaign technology offer needs, customer engagement enhancements, new capabilities/efficiency and ultimately delivering on marketing business goals.
- 5 years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proven success in marketing offers set-up and management experience through digital, branch and owned channels
- Experience in business banking products, retail banking, and small business customer segment
- Campaign management and offer experience, ideally within Aprimo, Naehas or similar campaign management and offer fulfillment tools.
- Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
- Strong analytical understanding and marketing acumen with a track record of developing business cases that deliver growth
- Highly collaborative and can effectively lead a cross-functional team including both internal and external partners
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Must thrive in a fast-paced and matrixed environment
- 1 year of financial services experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
