Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer (001489) in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Work with knowledge of Liquidity Risk Management solutions that require extensive integration between People, Process, and Technology. Act as an individual contributor for complex computer applications and application initiatives. Utilize a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Lead complex multiple modeling, simulations and analysis efforts. Work with critical internal Risk Management, Collateral Management and Resolution & Recovery. Maintain strong risk and security compliance for the application portfolio. Resolve moderately complex issues and work to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Drive projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Telecommuting is permitted up to 3 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:

Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

Amount and type of experience required: Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering position.

Specific skills required:

• 4 years of Python experience;

• 3 years of microservices development experience;

• 2 years of experience with CICD;

• Experience with Splunk;

• Experience with SQL;

• Experience with IDE;

• Experience with Financial Industry Technologies;

• Experience with Liquidity Risk Management; and

• Experience with Data Analytics
