About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Strategy Consultant in the Growth Marketing organization to lead deepening and cross-line-of-business marketing strategies to acquire new checking customers. The Growth Marketing organization is responsible for driving new customer and balance growth profitably via effective, integrated marketing acquisition strategies. This marketing strategy role will lead a cross-functional team across marketing execution, analytics, finance, product, etc. to identify and implement new digital and direct marketing strategies to profitability deepen Wells Fargo customers into our checking products. This role is critical in helping CSBB deliver new customer growth via acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate is highly quantitative, curious and collaborate with an innate performance mindset. This person must have a deep understanding of digital and branch channels, P&L management, and test & learn strategy.

In this role, you will:
Develop, implement, and launch new digital and direct acquisition marketing strategies to acquire Wells Fargo customers without a checking account (e.g., Email, Ads, Mail, etc.)
Become a customer advocate – reach greater understanding Wells Fargo customer needs and segment pain-points
Craft well-structured strategic digital marketing plans using qualitative and quantitative data to produce measurable results to own strategy performance
Collaborate with execution, channel, optimization, segment, analytics, and finance teams to increase scale and profitability across acquisition strategies
Review analytical results to make data-driven decisions to improve digital marketing performance while delivering customer-obsessed experiences
Embrace test and learn while being through in the management of details
Act as a thought leader – present and discuss ideas with the intent to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization
Required Qualifications:
5 years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Marketing strategy experience with a focus customer acquisition through digital, branch, and owned channels
Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Strong analytical understanding and digital marketing acumen with a track record of developing business cases that deliver growth
Highly collaborative and can effectively lead a cross-functional team including both internal and external partners
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
1 year of financial services experience strongly preferred
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
