About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator to support the Lease and Records Management function within Wells Fargo Corporate Properties Group.  Responsibilities include imaging and uploading property legal documents while adhering to various controls, processes, and data integrity.  Maintain portfolio files with adherence to record retention policies as set forth by the enterprise.


In this role, you will:

  • Perform general task that are routine in nature.
  • Process physical/electronic real estate documents, research to identify proper coding, and upload into the system of record.
  • Maintain active/inactive portfolio files with adherence to the record retention policies established by the enterprise.
  • Perform UAT testing as needed for application enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations.
  • Ensure record data is compliant and resolve any upload discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Adherence to risk management policies and procedures and within documented service level agreements.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong process and documentation skills
  • Function with a high degree of effectiveness in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to identify risk exposure and propose solutions
  • Ensure strong, steady-state operations and service delivery
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or Intranet Document Administration (IDA)
