About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Print Technician responsible for producing printed products by performing pre-press tasks, configuring digital files, and manually or mechanically binding finished products.
In this role, you will:
- Produce printed materials by configuring files and manually or mechanically bind finished products.
- Perform pre-press tasks to include paper retrieval, paper cutting, and quality control checks.
- Preform preventative maintenance on equipment and manage product inventory.
- Input time and material into expense management system.
- Operate industry specific, complex printing equipment to produce a variety of printed products such as brochures, stationery, forms, invitations, publications, pitchbooks, newsletters, and correspondent pieces.
- Perform offset printing operations to produce multicolor printed products.
- Provide guidance to customers on finished products.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Print Technician experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient with Adobe Pro
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-orientated and results driven environment.
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
