Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and mediations, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated for.
- Collaborate with lead attorneys on complex cases and participate in strategy development.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and keeping clients informed about their cases.
- Draft and respond to request for orders
- Handle financial disclosures
- Represent client in hearings.
- Communicate with opposing party, opposing counsel, or court personnel.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California state bar.
- 2 years of family law experience.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Lexis-Nexis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-starter, proactive, and eager to grow and learn.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
