Responsibilities :
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages, and promptly return missed calls / voicemails.Effectively communicate with potential clients, guiding them through the onboarding process while building rapport and securing their business.Follow up with potential clients before and after consultations to support client conversion.Screen unqualified leads and conduct conflict checks.Schedule consultations and appointments for current and potential clients.Educate clients on self-service options through our Client Portal.Ensure client contracts and documents are sent promptly and that clients feel welcome and supported throughout the process.Manage and improve the client intake systems and processes.Requirements :
Must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM, and Friday, 9 AM - 12 PM.A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or sales-oriented customer service.Ability to adapt your verbal and written communication to suit client needs, whether it’s high energy, empathy, excitement, comfort, or condolences.Self-motivated with a high degree of independence.Capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback.Strong organizational, time management, planning, and communication skills, both with clients and within the team.A keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe (PDF), and Google Workspace.Ability to think critically and creatively.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the professional articulation expected in the legal field.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus.Compensation & Benefits :
