Position Overview :
As a Managing Attorney , you will play a crucial role in the firm’s operations. This position requires a skilled attorney with 7 years of experience, who is ready to take on both leadership and client-facing responsibilities. You will supervise a growing legal team, serve as the key liaison between the legal and administrative teams, and be directly involved in strategic decision-making and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Supervision : Oversee and manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
- Liaison Role : Act as the primary point of contact between the legal and administrative departments.
- Case Load Management : Bring your existing case load and maintain a personal portfolio of cases.
- Business Development : Actively contribute to firm growth by bringing in new business and attending networking events.
- Time Management & Prioritization : Manage your time effectively to meet the firm’s billable requirements and client needs.
- Client & Firm Relations : Balance the needs of clients, the legal team, and the firm’s growth strategies.
- Trial Experience : Lead and manage cases to trial when necessary.
