Job Summary
? We’re looking for a Driller’s Helper to join our hardworking team and assist with large-scale water well drilling operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist the driller with mud rotary rig operations, including breakouts and wrenches.
- Operate and maintain mud systems, including desilters, desanders, and shakers.
- Help ensure deviation surveys and other critical procedures are carried out accurately.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of drilling equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with mud rotary rigs, deviation systems, or mud systems is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, but not required).
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions and learn new skills.

Pay: $26.00 - $31.20 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
