BIM Software Integration Manager (Apply in minutes)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Drafting experience and the ability to illustrate and dimension drawings ofassemblies as required
• Experience using Autodesk products including AutoCAD and Revit BIM (previousRevit experience is a plus and desired)
• Manage software products including but not limited to incorporating updatedversion releases and customization of the product.
• Stay informed on best practices for use of Revit Architecture and BIM.
• Stay informed on other BIM related software and how they work with Revit.
• Installation and support of related BIM software.
• Provide technical orientation and internal training to staff on Revit andBIM tools.
• Provide hardware and network support as it relates to BIM production.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Checking all drawings and shop tickets to verify accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Gate standards as needed
• Willingness and ability to work as a collaborator
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ability to read construction plans, be highly detail oriented with goodwrittenverbal skills .
• Experience in similar concrete related industry desired. EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
• High School Education preferred.
• Experience in design, drafting in Architectural Precast Concrete.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well asdetermine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
• Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge ofword processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and databasesoftware.
• Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and usingoffice equipment.
• Visual acuity and ability to read small print.
