Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this position will enhance client and partner experience and play a vital role in our regional sales and marketing objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting external and internal marketing activities focusing on client satisfaction, brand execution, and regional sales support. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing and implementing marketing strategies, managing events, ensuring regional brand alignment, and addressing regional client communication needs.
Salary Range: $52,583 to $95,438 based on experience and location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gain Regional Expertise – Regular engagement with the regional sales team to understand partners, projects, drivers, and priorities.
- Ensure Exceptional Client Experience – Support the regional sales team with event calendar management, coordinate regional event logistics, and ensure brand standards, including collateral/materials, promotional items/giveaways, presentations, event attendance, and lead tracking.
- Provide Creative Preconstruction Marketing Support – Support project execution by developing creative and accurate marketing deliverables, proposals (InDesign), and presentations (PowerPoint).
- Manage Photography & Content Development – Coordinate with internal and external teams to lead photography and content development for regional submissions and project profiles.
- Initiative Ownership – Project manage, and lead assigned corporate marketing initiatives area(s) to be determined based on skillset and interest. i.e., content, website, social, email, advertising, SEO, etc.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration or Associate’s degree with relevant marketing experience in areas listed above
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Marketing Automation software a plus
- Experience utilizing MS Office and Adobe software
- Knowledge of photo editing and graphics, a plus
- Follows directions, meets deadlines, asks questions
- All levels of experience considered, from entry-level to senior.
- Ability to prioritize with attention to detail
- Ability to interview others to develop content
- Comfort using creative tools to support proposal development
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment.
- Visual acuity and ability to read small print.
- Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment.
- Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed.
