What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEALANTS WAREHOUSE LABORER position at Wells?
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is the receipt of all incoming materials, and supplies, general upkeep of the warehouse, and the delivery of goods to job sites. The position is also responsible for providing administrative support to the materials reporting process as well to assist with inventory management.
Salary range ($25.00-$30.00 per hour). Based on experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checks goods received against purchase orders and processes returned items as necessary.
- Checks quantity, type, dimensions, etc. to properly identify materials and route or deliver materials to storage or job site locations as instructed.
- Coordinates and completes material and tool purchases according to the needs of jobsite.
- Manually enter time material charge outs to open jobs and departments per charge out sheets.
- Maintain general upkeep of warehouse cleanliness and material storage.
- Assists the team monthly during the inventory cycle count process.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
- Must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Must always carry in a professional manner.
- Must be motivated and self-driven to complete a task.
- Understand safety requirements to maintain a safe job site.
- 2 years of warehouse experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to operate a 6500 20ft stake bed truck. CDL not necessary but helpful.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Possession of valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Visual acuity and ability to read small print.
- Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs occasionally and 50lbs frequently.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Moderate to high risk of exposure to unusual elements.
- Moderate to high risk of safety precautions
- Moderate to high exposure to jobsite environment.
