As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional morning experience for our guests. Your duties will include:
- Preparing Complimentary Hot Breakfast: Ensure that our guests have a delightful start to their day by preparing a variety of hot breakfast items, including eggs, meats, and other offerings as per the hotel's breakfast menu. This involves managing food preparation, ensuring freshness, and maintaining appropriate food safety standards.
- Dishwashing and Cleanup: After breakfast service, you will clean and sanitize all dishes, cookware, and utensils. This includes operating dishwashers and ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and properly stored.
- Maintaining Cleanliness in Breakfast Area: You will be responsible for keeping the breakfast area tidy, clean, and inviting. This includes wiping down tables, cleaning floors, and ensuring that the breakfast buffet area is neat and organized throughout the service.
- Lobby Area Maintenance: Ensure that the lobby area remains presentable by tidying up the space, vacuuming or sweeping as necessary, and ensuring that all public areas are welcoming and clean for guests.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and attentive service to hotel guests during breakfast hours, assisting with any needs they may have and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Stocking and Inventory: Monitor and restock breakfast items as needed throughout service to ensure guests have access to a variety of fresh food options.
- Adhering to Safety and Hygiene Standards: Follow all health and safety protocols, including food safety guidelines, to maintain a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
