What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Building Maintenance position at Wellsboro Hotel Company?
The junior maintenance person is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities and equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition for guests. Hotel Maintenance staff members maintain the physical functionality and safety of our facilities, including but not limited to hot water systems, air heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electric, laundry equipement, and kitchen equipment as well as general grounds maintenance. Must respond to work orders in an organized and efficient manner and regularly perform routine preventative maintenance actions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
