Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage management consulting discipline to assess scope and impact of a cross-functional/cross-product program with complex workstreams
- Make recommendations of workstream breakdown structure across competing priorities
- Advocate a program management discipline and serve as a voice for sponsor education and credible challenge
- Assess and filter key risks, issues, and material status changes to provide execution excellence and judgement in escalation savvy
- Serve to support project management needs across existing track verticals in Banking and CRE
- Design governance structures to initiate Steering Committee routines and provide support for documentation, artifacts to support action items and key decisions
- Assess disparate project objectives and distill into common taxonomy and strategic thought leadership
Qualifications:

- Strong CIB experience
- Seasoned Project Management experience
- Ability to work across multiple lines of business
- Familiar with loans and corporate lending
