Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
Responsibilities:
- Covers jobs that drive oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies.
- Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality and remediation.
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to Wells Fargo senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- 7 years of Data Management Analyst experience.
- Data Management Consultant to focus on effectively documenting data error remediation.
- Proficient experience in consulting and audit.
- Data Management Consultant to focus on effectively documenting data error remediation.
- Data governance or data quality background strongly preferred.
- Superior communication skills required - spoken and written.
- Business facing role, ability to review and summarize technical JIRAs but not a coding role.
- Proven self-motivated and comfortable operating in large transformational programs as part of collaborate teams.
- Extensive experience working within the Commercial Banking Industry.
