Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analysis of data conflicts, issues and discrepancies.
- Utilize SQL, Data management and WCIS knowledge to resolve and respond to issues.
- Follow department and risk guidelines and processes and procedures to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to get resolution on issues.
- Will create user stories as needed.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Strong system support etiquette; providing updates and following through until completion/resolution
- Understands audience and communicates effectively
- Financial Services background.
