Summary:
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate. Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance. Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans. Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
Responsibilities:
• Drive annual planning routines with Supply Chain Management leadership and finance.
• Development of Business Cases - understanding expenses and providing forecast for each sub-project
• Present new forecast for review and approval
• Meet with internal business leaders as necessary to make recommended finance adjustments.
• Provide input requested regarding BAU financials and forecast (monthly variances, head count, etc.)
• Ensure on budget with spending and understand and proactively manage and communicate trending in collaboration with finance partners.
• Manage and track of Supply Chain Management Head Count as well as associated forecast (includes occupancy support - space identification for team members)
• Maintain and submit tracking tool for new/current FTE’s and any new FTE requests in centralized tracking tool.
Additional responsibilities will include:
• Provide support for the team leads in successful planning and delivery of strategic leadership routines and initiatives.
• Duties including but not limited to: ownership of SCM CAO business management deliverables and SCM executive leadership routines e.g.; Townhalls, Offsites, skip level meetings, monthly business management calendars, weekly/monthly/quarterly leadership routines, business unit reviews, and business management metric data.
• Drive the completion of ad-hoc requests from executive management and business partners
• Lead efforts around employee engagement survey action planning
• Support the engagement strategy for Supply Chain Management, including newsletters, learning webinars, DEI activities, "town hall" meetings and professional development
• Lead enhancements to the end user experience for the SharePoint site for Supply Chain Management, including a proactive approach to content management on the site
• Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
• Execute on identified transformational opportunities for Business Management process improvement
• Determine and drive appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
• Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for business management
Qualifications:
• Experience as a finance analyst/consultant within a financial institution firm
• Previous experience facilitating and organizing large meetings utilizing MS Teams and Live Events platforms.
• Experience with SharePoint Online development
• Experience leading efforts around employee survey action planning
• Experience with reporting systems such as Tableau and Power BI
• Expert in Power Point; able to create impactful decks
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and SharePoint
• Ability to collaborate across teams and in a highly matrixed environment
• Experience in managing projects
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment
• Able to synthesize large volumes of complex information into easy to understand data points based on the intended audience
• Proven ability to interact and communicate successfully with executive leadership at all levels of the organization.
