Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Procedure Writing. Review and analyze basic or tactical Procedure Writing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Procedure Writing.
Responsibilities:
- This resource will be writing procedure for Microsoft products.
- Will work with SMEs to gather information/requirements.
- Will update drafts and send to publishing teams.
- Volume outflow will be 20-50 procedures per month.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Previous experience in a desktop level procedure writing.
- Previous Financial Services experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Word and Excel.
- User-level experience with Jira.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
