Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to enhance ORE program controls and ORE front line processes, and design/deploy improvements.
- Gather front line needs for ORE data and reporting enhancements, and work with analytics partners to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
- Represent the front line in the build-out of technology requirements for the ORE system of record, producing documentation such as process flows, wireframe diagrams, and user stories to support business requirements.
- Communicate programmatic updates to ORE partners across all three lines of defense, demonstrating exemplary listening and influence skills to build trust and consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor ORE project teams, inclusive of virtual teams
- Engage with all levels of roles across the business group, and serve as an experienced advisor in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, business processes, and controls that mitigate risks and address regulatory requirements
Qualifications:

- Experience managing components of a front line ORE program or process
- Experience of Product Management
- Experience with writing user stories
- Experience with JIRA
- Experience developing ORE Risk and Control Committee materials for a business group or enterprise function
- Experience developing operational reporting and performing complex data analysis
- Quantitative or qualitative data analysis experience
- Ability to form a story through data analysis
