Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Systems Operations Engineering. Review and analyze basic or tactical Systems Operations Engineering assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience supporting multiple file transfer protocols - FTPS, SFTP, NDM, AS2.
• Previous role requiring customer communication via phone and email
• Managed File Transfer (MFT) support products like SAFE-T an Axway File Transmission application product experience.
• Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL or MongoDB) or OS (Linux and Windows Server)
• Experience with monitoring /alarming tools (Splunk or Application Dynamics)
• Managed File Transfer (MFT) support products like SAFE-T and AXST experience
• Scripting experience such as VBA, VBS, JavaScript, Python, Bash.
• Proven history of analytical skills
• Microsoft Office suite and reporting experience
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence / Analytics tools (Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
