We're seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our marketing team as a livestream Host. This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for social media and live streaming to engage with our audience, showcase our products, and drive sales through compelling content on e-commerce platforms. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Specialist for on-line e-commerce management and content operations to ensure our on-line sales goals to be achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and create multiple live streams for our products on on-line shop, from Monday to Friday.

• Host engaging live streams, speaking about our products in detail, showcasing key features, benefits, and unique selling points.

• Actively engage and communicate with the audience in both English and Spanish, being professional, social, friendly, and charismatic.

• Respond promptly to all questions, comments, or concerns from viewers during and after live streams, fostering a positive and interactive experience.

• Assist in the creation of content and manage livestream accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.

• Present products in an informative manner, highlighting key benefits, uses, and features to drive sales and audience growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing specialist to improve live streams, adapt different approaches, and stay up-to-date with social media trends to ensure our content is relevant and engaging.

• Work in-person at our city of industry office or other nearby site

• Must be confident and energetic in front of the camera, with the ability to adapt different approaches to grow our business and create exciting content.

• Requires in-depth knowledge of the on-line platforms (i.e. Tik-Tok etc), features, policies and algorithm.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Experience of live streaming on TikTok or other social platform is a plus.

• Working experience in e-commerce companies, such as TikTok, Amazon, Wish, Ebay, Shopee, Ozon is favorite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service and sales skills is preferred.

• Be willing to commute to city of industry, California.

• Be able to speak clearly and be on camera for prolonged hours/sessions.

• Positive personality, social, and energetic demeanor.

• Interested and able to become familiar with full range of our products.
